Meet Tracy Lin

PT, Cert.MDT, CPRCS, CYT-200

Hello!

With over 30 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from bustling hospitals to home health care for adults and babies, and specialized schools for children diagnosed with autism.

My clinical expertise spans the entire human lifespan, addressing complex orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.

After receiving my certification in the McKenzie approach for spinal pain in 1997, I pursued additional training in osteopathic manual therapies such as Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. These techniques, which treat the “body as a whole,” became the foundation of my practice. My clinical interests include post-concussion symptoms, migraines, chronic pain syndromes, TMJ dysfunction, sleep disorders, autism, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and sensory integration/developmental delay issues.

From my own personal challenges and healing journey, I truly believe that physical pain, disability, and dysfunction not only stem from physical injuries or illnesses but also from emotional trauma, thoughts, past experiences, and daily stressors. Our body possess a remarkable ability to heal itself;  not always the way we want it to, but the way it needs to. With the right guidance towards self- awareness, we just need to learn how to listen and attune to our bodies.

This belief drives my continuous pursuit of learning about the mind-body connection, allowing me to treat my patients with compassion, expertise, and care. My goal is to help my patients trust their own inner wisdom for guidance and healing, offering them the understanding and support I have found on my own path.
