All About Me

As a licensed Physical Therapist, I have worked with people at every stage of life—from newborns learning to engage with the world, to adults recovering from injury and chronic pain to children with autism developing new ways to connect and move. Each person has taught me an essential lesson: pain is rarely only physical, and healing is never one-dimensional.

My path has been shaped by curiosity, compassion, and a deep love for supporting the whole person. Early in my career, I became certified in the McKenzie approach for spinal pain, which opened the door to deeper study in osteopathic manual therapies such as Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. These modalities taught me to see the body as an interconnected system—one that thrives when we address structure, emotion, and the nervous system together.

Over the years, I have expanded my work to include yoga therapy, breathwork, HeartMath® principles, Emotional Resolution (EmRes®), BodyTalk, and other mind-body practices. These tools  has allowed me to help clients gently regulate their nervous systems, reduce fear around movement, and reconnect with a sense of safety, ease, and trust in their bodies.

My approach is gentle, trauma-aware, and deeply collaborative. I listen closely. I honor your lived experience. Healing is not linear, but with the right support, it can become possible, sustainable, and empowering. Together, we work toward restoring harmony, resilience, and confidence in your body—one step at a time. I know this, because all these modalities has personally helped me in my own life, and would love to share these tools with you in yours.

I specialize in chronic pain syndromes, spinal and autoimmune conditions, post-concussion symptoms, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, anxiety, and sleep challenges. I also feel deeply called to support families with babies and children with autism, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and sensory or developmental delays.

If you are seeking a practitioner who blends clinical expertise with compassion, intuition, and a whole-person approach, it would be my honor to walk alongside you 😊
