Hello!! I'm Tracy and here's my story....

For many years, I experienced a constant state of stress and anxiety following a traumatic personal event characterized by betrayal and shame. Balancing multiple jobs while being a single parent led me to neglect my own self-care, often resulting in physical illness and mental exhaustion from operating in "survival mode." Additionally, I questioned my own self-worth while feeling invisible and unheard. A pivotal moment in my healing journey occurred during one of my advanced Craniosacral Therapy (CST) training sessions when I listened to my “inner wisdom” and tuned into my body’s sensations. I realized the importance of surrendering control over situations that were beyond my control, which brought me a profound sense of peace. Delving deeply into various mind-body practices enabled me to trust and accept myself, while feeling supported and worthy of love and life. From my experience, I truly believe that physical pain, disability, and dysfunction arise not only from physical injuries or illnesses but also from emotional trauma, thoughts, past experiences, and daily stressors. Our body possesses a remarkable ability to heal itself; not always the way we want it to, but the way it needs to. With the right guidance towards self-awareness, we just need to learn how to listen and attune to our bodies. This belief fuels my ongoing pursuit of knowledge regarding the mind-body connection, enhancing my empathy and compassion towards those who seek my help. My passion is to help my patients trust in their own inner wisdom for guidance and healing, offering them the understanding and support I have discovered in my own journey. It would be my honor to guide you on your own path to healing and help you to achieve a life of ease and harmony... ~ Tracy

Summary of Clinical Experience

With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from bustling hospitals to home health care for adults and babies, and specialized schools for children diagnosed with autism.

Since my clinical expertise spans the entire human lifespan, addressing complex orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, I have acquired extensive knowledge and skills as a clinician for assessment and treatment.

After receiving my certification in the McKenzie approach for spinal pain in 1997, I pursued additional training in osteopathic manual therapies such as Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. These techniques, which treat the “body as a whole,” became the foundation of my practice.  Since then, I explored various mind/body practices (yoga, breathwork, energetic balancing, and HeartMath® and BodyTalk approaches) delving deeply into how to regulate our nervous system to create more homeostasis and harmony in our mind and bodies.

My clinical expertise includes chronic pain syndromes – spine and autoimmune disorders, post-concussion, migraines, dizziness, TMJ dysfunction, anxiety and sleep disorders. In addition, I enjoy working with babies and children with diagnoses such as autism, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and sensory integration/developmental delay issues.
