Current rates are:
60 minutes - Initial evaluation/session $300
50 minutes - Treatment session $260
75 minutes – Treatment session $390
* 90 minute sessions available upon request
We provide in-home physical therapy (Riverdale and Manhattan) at competitive rates by reducing overhead costs and delivering personalized care:
60 minutes - Initial evaluation/session from $425**
60 minutes - Treatment session from $375**
75 minutes- Treatment session from $468.75**
* 90 minute sessions available upon request
** In-home rates may slightly change depending on travel time and costs. This rate will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to the scheduled appointments.

At this time, Structural Harmony is not in-network with any insurances companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a detailed invoice (superbill) to submit to your insurance. Please make sure you understand your deductible for out-of-network reimbursement prior to your sessions.
Yes. Since Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle manual therapy technique working with the fascia and tissues of the body, it will be categorized under the manual therapy code.
