YOGA THERAPEUTICS
As Tracy's expertise in anatomy and biomechanics expanded through her work as a Physical Therapist since 1992, she began practicing yoga in 2012 while experiencing a traumatic event that affected her body for many years.
Through intensive training and treatment with Craniosacral Therapy, regular practice of yoga and meditation, and learning other mind/body practices, she gained a new understanding of empowerment, health, and peace. Noting the benefits of her yoga practice on both body and mind, she completed her 200-hour yoga and wellness certification in 2018 to educate her clients on the importance of the body/mind connection for health, balance, and healing.
